First of all, let's talk a little bit about what Lucid Dreaming is, and then we can get you started on having a lucid dream tonight!
The Wikipedia definition of Lucid Dreaming is:
“A lucid dream can begin in one of two ways. A dream-initiated lucid dream (DILD) starts as a normal dream, and the dreamer eventually concludes it is a dream.
